CBS under Bari Weiss is bowing to Trump.

It says the story was screened five times and cleared by CBS attorneys and Standards and Practices, calls it factually correct, and argues that pulling it is a political rather than editorial decision.

Das hat jetzt nichts damit zu tun, dass der Initiativtext ein Onlineangebot ausschliesst.

Aber gut: Sportrechte machen 3% der Ausgaben aus. Mir der Initiative würde das Budget aber halbiert.

Ein bisher kaum beachteter Aspekt der schädlichen #Halbierungsiniatitive: ein Onlineangebot über die Bereitstellung existierender Radio- und TV-Sendungen hinaus wäre der #SRG nicht mehr erlaubt (zumindest nicht finanziert aus der Medienabgabe).
