Stimmt. Klingt sehr macho und nicht sehr klug. Ich wuerd zur Pensionierung gern in den Sonnenuntergang reiten - ein Kollege aus USA hat das vor Jahren umgesetzt: ist am letzten Arbeitstag mit Ehefrau und zwei Pferden im KH erschienen um genau das zu tun. Genial 🐴🌅

I think probably easier to decide at the bedside but my reading of the case was that this happened after polypectomy and patient is hypotensive and sick. Fungal infection was being considered. In that scenario I would prefer to remove the catheter
