Took the doggo to a swimming pool for dogs today - ace 👍🌊🐾

Genial 🐴🌅

Academics in Assyria in the 7th c BC complain that admin is preventing them from doing research and teaching

Very nice. Wine: pinotage 🇿🇦. Maybe should have used chives instead of parsley but there isnt much chives in our herb garden in November 🪴

A miracle has occurred: found fresh black trumpet mushrooms on the farmer’s market. Mushroom pasta with thyme and truffle oil it is then 👨‍🍳

I bet that was acquired from French soldiers during the Napoleonic wars. Like “Fisimatenten” - from “visitez ma tente” (would you like to have a quick look at my tent by any chance?)

Maybe one could find a journal that would like this case as a pro/con debate 🤔

I think our surgeons would do mini lap if patient sick, to be sure.

Interesting paper in @ckj-era.bsky.social - In my own practice I offer genetic testing to all my ADPKD patients now

Maybe somebody could write “Ten Tips for PD peritonitis” for @ckj-era.bsky.social
This scenario is a good example that its not always straightforward 🤔

May even warrant mini laparotomy with Tenchkoff removal - if true colonic perf may benefit from thorough inspection of suspected perf site and bowel

I cooked a delicious meal this week with kale from our garden and sausage from 🇩🇪. Unfortunately we had no Bautzner mustard left otherwise it would have been perfect

You could turn that into a nutritious slug-shake 🧑‍🍳

I think probably easier to decide at the bedside but my reading of the case was that this happened after polypectomy and patient is hypotensive and sick. Fungal infection was being considered. In that scenario I would prefer to remove the catheter

Can you imagine how coming to work will be for people like you and me on day 1 of a Faragist government 😳

I also like the term Brexitosis for the more severe end of the disease spectrum

Same here 😐

I am not a PD expert either but if sick would also opt for removal
15 million Americans are going to lose their health care.

Very nice this. Next time I think I will reduce it a bit more and use home made Aioli for extra garlic oomph 🧄. And add some langoustines 🦐
Wine: Rose sparkler from spain 🇪🇸

Good progress 🐟👨‍🍳
