Each and everyone named in the Epstein files have had years to come clean and repent. None of them did, huh.

... wherein we learn that studying ethics isn’t the same as having them. Shock, surprise. Not.

Yesterday, five-year-old Liam and his dad Adrian were released from Dilley detention center. I picked them up last night and escorted them back to Minnesota this morning.

Liam is now home. With his hat and his backpack.
It should not take a court order to get a toddler out of a prison.
No arrests of the ICE thugs who murdered Alex Pretti, Renee Good, or Keith Porter. No arrests of anyone in the Epstein Files. But they arrested Don Lemon because of his journalism.

I wrote this song on Saturday, recorded it yesterday and released it to you today in response to the state terror being visited on the city of Minneapolis. It’s dedicated to the people of Minneapolis, our innocent immigrant neighbors and in memory of Alex Pretti and Renee Good.

Kristi Noem and her department’s latest attempt to mislead the American public regarding the brutal and unjustified killing of Alex Pretti is deeply shameful, and she must be impeached and removed from office immediately.

“Yes, that’s accurate.”

A reminder to the news media: “conflicting accounts” is what you say BEFORE the incontrovertible video evidence appears. After that, your job is to ask why one side is lying, not to repeat the lie and pretend no one knows the truth.
Since July, I've tracked at least 2,300 cases in which federal judges have ruled ICE has illegally detained people without bond or due process.

This is one that stands out:

A doctor who witnessed the shooting submits a sworn declaration in federal litigation to halt ICE surge in MN:

"I did not see him attack the agents or brandish a weapon of any kind."

and

"The victim had at least three bullet wounds in his back."

I always think the Stephen Miller is the most loathsome person in the Tump administration. And then Pamela Jo Bondi says something and I’m sure it’s her. And then Kristi Noem says something and I’m sure it’s her. Until Pete Hegseth opens his stupid mouth again. Until Donald tweets about himself.

I take this as a badge of honor. One of my favorite free-speech advocates at work. He joins a long list of deplorables (no-trade-off econs, MacIntyre, Kangaroo Court of Australia, Dale, Morgan, Morrow, ... )

Democrats should not vote to fund this lawless regime until there is accountability. The only thing we have is your vote. Don’t give it away on us.

I would implore my Democratic colleagues in the senate to vote no
