Die Selbstradikalisierung ist erstaunlich. Teile des „konservativen“ Milieus haben sich offenbar von der Idee demokratischer Selbstbestimmung verabschiedet. Souveränität dient nur noch als Kulturkampfbegriff. Wenn Entscheidungen nicht passen, werden Techkonzerne und die USA als Korrektiv begrüßt.

Die Stellungnahme der EU-Kommission zu den Trumps Anti-DSA-Sanktionen lenkt vom zentralen Punkt ab: Seit Monaten setzt die EU-Kommission das EU-Digitalrecht nur mutlos um. Die Strafhöhen sind zu niedrig, die Verfahren zu langsam, Sanktionen ja werden nicht verhängt. Das muss sich jetzt ändern!

Die zögerliche Anwendung des Digital Services Act (DSA) durch die EU-Kommission muss ein Ende haben. Europa hat das Recht, den digitalen Raum angesichts von Hass, Herze und hybriden Angriffen zu regulieren. Von Ursula der Leyen muss die Hasenfüßigkeit beenden und den DSA konsequent anwenden.

Die Sanktionen gegen den ehemaligen EU-Kommissar Thierry Breton sind auch ein Angriff auf unsere Europäische Union. Er war federführend für den Digital Services Act( DSA). Der DSA wurde aber von den Mitgliedstaaten und einer riesigen Mehrheit im Europaparlament beschlossen.

Wir haben gerade noch einen Mann in Hessen freigekauft. Seine Mutter liegt im Hospiz und will ihn „nochmal sehen“. Sie hatte all ihr Geld beim Gefängnis eingezahlt, aber es reichte nicht. Er saß ein wegen Fahren ohne Ticket.
