Whenever I hear that Trump’s approval rating has gone way down, I think “Oh, so 6% support him now?” But the floor is always at 37%, which also happens to mark the high point of Hitler’s electoral success in free elections.

This leaves me feeling rather pessimistic about 37% of humanity.

Why don't they simply clarify their intent: Have the person — any person — vote FIRST and then check their ballot. If they have voted REP, the vote is good and counts. If they have voted DEM, the vote is clearly compromised and the person should be investigated. Of course, THAT vote is invalid.
