I too was shocked by the reporting. It’s so weird. Imagine reading this and thinking that the men’s ethnicity was the point to emphasise. Just a hunch, but maybe the thing they share in common is more salient!

Over twenty community organisations are calling on the community in Oxford to march against racism, and in 'celebration of Oxford's diverse City of Sanctuary' on Sunday in response to 'attempts to sow racist division in local communities.'
The march will start at Templars Square at 12.30.
