Frankly, Grammarly is an essential part of my everyday life, and I couldn't get by without it - I have two neurospicy kids, and whilst I haven't been diagnosed, they didn't get it from their mum!

I'm very happy for you; however, I and I guess a large proportion of writers and students, are not so fortunate and need a little help polishing our finished written work.

As a “fresher” MSc student at 54, I think Gen AI has genuinely cost me more time than it has saved. I now only use Google Scholar, Grammarly, Zotero and NotebookLM, the latter being to help summarise and test understanding. The proposed Gemini integration scares me, and I want no part of it!

It really doesn't. I'll find the data later, but in essence, once you strip out probate, houses under refurb, people moving, etc. You have about 250k vacant dwellings - not nearly enough.
