But…it’s not set up as a “Mystery Box.” Just because we haven’t been given the full answers to the mystery doesn’t mean that it’s being built as a “Mystery Box.” We are getting bits of answers throughout season 1 that sets up new questions. That’s just playing fair with a mystery.
When a writer tells you this up front, you should listen, and never invest in the show again. It means they set up a Mystery Box just to suck you in, but never really cared about explaining the mystery - and that's a real screw-you to the viewer.

Even I, with no children, know that you cannot just roll up on a childcare center and ask to be let in and see the kids. If you are stupid enough to give Nick Shirley _any_ credence, I am shocked that you're able to function as an adult.

McArgleBargle makes the valid points that a) art should not challenge viewers, b) protest should inconvenience no one, and c) DC has exactly one (1) artistic venue and it’s cruel to deprive the city of that one (1) outlet.
This is not hard. Artists are not responsible for ensuring the Kennedy Center remains relevant and successful. The center’s board is responsible for that, in a fiduciary way. All of this energy being directed at artists should be re-directed at the board.

![The Government asked this Court to stay the District Court's order. After the response and reply were filed, JUSTICE BARRETT referred the application to the Court. We directed the parties to file supplemental letter briefs on an issue that the District Court had addressed but the parties' initial briefs had not: the meaning of the term "regular forces" in §12406(3). In its supplemental brief, the Government argues that the term refers to civilian law enforcement officers, such as those employed by Immigration and Customs Enforcement or the Federal Protective Service.
Respondents, echoing the District Court, maintain that the term refers to the regular forces of the United States mili-tary.
We conclude that the term "regular forces" in §12406(3) likely refers to the regular forces of the United States mili-tary. This interpretation means that to call the Guard into active federal service under §12406(3), the President must be "unable" with the regular military "to execute the laws of the United States." Because the statute requires an assessment of the military's ability to execute the laws, it likely applies only where the military could legally execute the laws. Such circumstances are exceptional: Under the Posse Comitatus Act, the military is prohibited from "execut[ing] the laws" "except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress."
