Okay, I think I've figured out how to do Aberrant 2e and feel a bit stupid for having taken this long.
The thing that stumped me was this: how do you do a speedster as an enemy?
breaking it down, there is a power that lets you fire blasts, Quantum Attack (this game uses Quantum a lot.)

It's like a Reverse Boba Fett character arc. Where Boba Fett got less interesting the more you learned about him, we saw Huntress as a scrungly kid, transcend realities, flip off a witch, cry, and sacrifice herself(s) to make sure Finn doesn't die without knowing she loves him...she's so good.
