It strikes me as somewhat disproportionate to charge EV drivers pay-per-mile & not non-EV drivers.
Will this be on top of the introduction of the £195 EV drivers now have to pay? Or will that be scrapped for the PPM tax scheme?
EV drivers will undoubtedly end up paying more overall this way.
