This is a positive step forward. Hopefully if this is passed we will finally see hate crimes aggravated by homophobia/transphobia/disability dealt with as seriously by the courts as racially aggravated offences, and rightly so!

My husband plays Pokémon. I do not. When I tell you there is AN ENTIRE LAYER OF SOCIETY bonded eternally by Pokémon across class, race and nationality, I am not lying. He wears a Pokémon jacket and you would not believe the lovely strangers who want to talk about it. They’re out there. The Pokémons.
