On March 25, my new book comes out. It's called "Bad Law: 10 Popular Laws That Are Ruining America"

This is my Bill of Wrongs.

Instead of saying "orange man bad," I drilled down on 10 laws most people like that are actually destroying us.

“Hopefully the Republicans may hear us” may be the dumbest sentence I’ve heard uttered since her colleague from Maine said Trump “learned his lesson” after his first impeachment.

This is the piece that is almost like an advertisement for your book. This is the definition of Bad Law, it's existence is indicative of a system that wants to reserve law to punish people that they don't like.

Ooh, @lastweektonight.com did a whole thing on Felony Murder last night.

Didn't mention my book chapter on the matter. :( But still, I happy to remind you that these laws are shitty and need to be repealed.

Wait until Axios finds out who Jesus hung out with. :)
Axios tried to bust James Talarico for following adult content creators on Instagram and I'm genuinely impressed by his campaign's response

Trump is ordering Republicans to end the filibuster? Yes. YES!! Dems will never have the balls to do this unless Republicans do it first.

Batman: Don’t forget the Ferry. You also must take out the Ferry.

Apparently all you needed to do to predict the NYC election results was read that one N.K. Jemisin novel.

Mamdani won. All Virginia won. Supreme Court of Pennsylvania won. Tariffs (probably) lost.

I… am very close to having… hope. Which is fucking dangerous.

I’m definitely on the negative end of the spectrum here. Most of my peers think this was a bigger, clearer loss for Trump

If I had to lock myself in, I’d say 6-3 against tariffs but with a clear way for Trump to try them again but he has to call them “license fees.”

But I’m not confident in that prediction because Roberts and ACB are squirrels
November 5, 2025 at 6:00 PM
The tariff case is submitted. I wasn’t able to live tweet it (still on the cruise). But I count Four votes against Trump (GORSUCH, and the libs) THREE votes for Tariffs (Thomas, Alito, Kav).
One vote to give Trump another try (ACB).
And I still don’t have a bead on Roberts

Elected Democrats spending more time today praising Dick Cheney than Zohran Mamdani is a great case study in abject fucking moral failure.
