We are urging the appeals court to hold Border Patrol agents accountable. Under our Constitution, officers must have reasonable suspicion or probable cause to stop or arrest people — and we are urging the court to uphold these essential protections. #orpol

In the wake of deadly school shootings, Congress allocated $1 billion to bring mental health professionals to schools. This win means the U.S. Dept. of Education cannot unlawfully cancel these grants.
