The bias in many workplaces to produce information, rather than read information, is why there has been any market at all for generative AI.
One thing that is increasingly apparent about the workplace, it's that no one actually reads anything, or if they do, it's not properly. It's worrying witnessing well-paid adults making important decisions that impact others, and they can't even read an email.
