A trans woman can't use woman's facilities but a service provider can have trans-inclusive single-sex facilities but the EHRC can say that providing those facilities is unlawful. Cool! Now trans people have to solve logic puzzles to wee.

Thinking men can't be trusted around young children or that men showing an interest in caring for young children is suspicious is quite literally why fathers make mothers do the vast majority of parenting. It is straightforwardly misogynistic.
