When I ran a bibliotherapy sessions on an acute adult psych ward, some of the people staying on the older people's psych ward would join in. One lady asked me how I ran sessions and if it was difficult (it wasn't) and then started her own sessions back on her ward ♡
I was like, no way, despite the art and the curiosity gap hed, could the answer here be “reading books.” But it is! The hobby we are abandoning is literally *reading books*.
