The US military's polar expertise and equipment is pitiful compared to Europe's, which is why the USA invested $6bn in Finnish icebreakers and tech equipment at the end of last year. If I was Finland I'd dump that memorandum of understanding PDQ. www.dhs.gov/news/2025/10...
