An actual “gender ideology” is that which says the western conception of there being two clearly defined sexes and genders with different societal roles and behaviors is the only way to conceive of such things. It is self-evidently not. Evidence says it isn’t.

And also that to be autistic is to be a tragedy, a burden on society, a problem that must be solved. This is deeply dangerous stuff.
Whether they're blaming vaccines and Tylenol, or selling dubious "remedies," what they're really doing is promoting the perception that families (and especially mothers) can prevent and treat Autism. And thus also the perception that people with Autism and their families don't need social support.
