Hell yes. Elliot has stood up and shown leadership and continues to in ways that matter. Keep building community.
We’re going to continue being out there and patrolling to protect our neighbors until every single last agent is gone. We’re also going to keep this connection going and continue building community for long after whenever this operation ends.

Apparently there’s grocery inflation discourse again, but as I’ve been buying groceries for other families during this crisis, often under duress, it’s brought me out of my own optimized grocery spending habits, which rely heavily on Costco. And damn, there is a huge price to pay for being poor.

ICE using the same ruse that Ted Bundy used to kidnap people should tell you something.
CCTV footage appears to show DHS agents posing as people having car trouble in order to lure a target out of his house before arresting them. The target comes out and starts helping them before 3 vehicles surround the scene. The car "experiencing" trouble then drives off with them.

Just cloned Stand With Minnesota for another state.

I am so excited someone finally took me up on the offer. I even made them a little logo and redid the site in their colors.

Hi friends, there is a south Mpls neighbor in need of funds for their asylum case. They received a court summons today & need an attorney to help. @danielsuitor.com has given some pro bono resources but we think they will need paid representation.

Please see images for details & how to help.

“Culture eats policy for breakfast” is a convenient belief for the man who has no interest in creating durable policy with other city electeds.

Much easier to blow money on PR campaigns to bolster our “culture”
We are NOT gonna try to make “Minneapolis Strong” happen.

Give people money instead, you useless toad. Strong Minneapolis has been doing all the things you say here for months, with no help from you. You did jack shit except send your cops to help ICE.
Big numbers. Big impact. The numbers speak for themselves when it comes to the effects of Operation Metro Surge. What can you do? Support businesses. Donate. Volunteer for a grocery run. As Assistant Chief Gaiters said today, we're Minneapolis Strong.

Incredibly powerful opinion chronicling the awfulness in Whipple and the ways it interfered with the right to counsel.

One key part of the ruling (that ICE will likely appeal ASAP); Judge Brasel bars ICE from transferring anyone out of Minnesota within 72 hours of arrest.

I think I've woken up to them outside the house twice now? I'm okay with it - time wasted trying to scare me is time spent not kidnapping a vulnerable neighbor.

Anyway if you go out at fuckass o'clock with your phone in one hand and a whistle ready in the other, they see you and leave lol.
I’ve talked with two different people who’ve experienced this (and are aware of it)

ICE kidnapped a neighbor in Phillips today along with others in MN. They are still the same rogue, abhorrent, & illegitimate organization meant to terrorize & separate families.

As I said yesterday, I am still asking the community to remain cautious & vigilant. We still need help.

The numbers do speak for themselves. In fact, our neighbors know this because they feel it on the ground. They expect us to do more.

How about you stop telling us behind closed doors that we shouldn’t fund immigrant legal assistance, rental assistance, or support for our small businesses!
