I’m so happy that the murals at the Hiawatha Lake Underpass have been completed. This project was a partnership with the city, Minnesota Department of Transportation, community organizations, and neighbors. This brings so much life to our beautiful East Lake Street corridor. 1/

If you are a parent of a kid in Minneapolis public schools, please, please, PLEASE take 2 minutes to email the school board (SchoolBoard@mpls.k12.mn.us) and superintendent (mpssup@mpls.k12.mn.us) to tell them to settle with the educators' union and give them what they want. Your emails truly help!

I have 2800 followers. If 10% of my followers joined my Patreon at $1/mo, my quality of life would take a huge leap up. With another $280 a month, I could afford all my brain meds and talk therapy again
The best help I can ask for is more patreons. Right now I’m receiving about $450/mo from Patreon. This supplements the income I get from working at Taco Bell, about $1200/mo. More Patreon = less Taco Bell, more writing, more road trips, more life on my terms
