Federal Judge Sara Ellis will enter a preliminary injunction against DHS, restricting immigration agents from using force against protesters and the media.

She said she didn't find the agency's "version of events credible."

DHS video directly contradicts events & court orders. A federal judge said evidence showed: "whatever lawlessness is occurring is not occurring by protesters.”

In fact, the judge issued a TRO against immigration officials' tactics b/c they “clearly violate the Constitution."
