1. It is not immoral or unethical to lie to your older parents if it makes them safer.
The reason I say this is I was talking to a friend about the fact that Savannah Guthrie’s mom didn’t have a subscription on her nest camera so the video footage would record over itself every three hours.

I’m not sure how confident I am in a government that claims it can protect us from nuclear attacks but can’t locate an 84-year-old woman. We’re getting clearer briefings from TMZ than from the people allegedly in charge.
Uh, folks — it looks like authorities just removed a camera from the roof of Savannah Guthrie’s mom Nancy’s house/garage that they previously were not aware of.
