Because this dude wants nothing more than to be punched.

He has security with him and just like with ICE agents it’s important to be a nuisance in ways that will not allow them to flip the narrative against us.

Bug him and find the holes in his stories, but attacking him would be a gift
Look, I’ve been out of town so, I’m asking my compatriots how none of you have socked this guy in the nose yet.
"What I think is lacking is, was there even an attempt made to try to verify the accuracy of what he was saying, or did they simply take him at his word?" says University of Minnesota media law professor Jane Kirtley about a recent video made accusing Somali-owned day care centers of fraud.

Yes, you need to reach the people with tiktok and instagram video brainrot

As well as the people with Bluesky and X brainrot

As well as the people glued to their brainrot inducing tv

As well as those who consume podcasts/radio/news (both regional and local)

How is this even still notable?
“The DFL has to approach our attempts to reach voters differently than we ever have,” said Minnesota DFL Chair Richard Carlbom. “The youth vote is the new swing vote.”

There's two fundamental downsides to mass AV use:

1. They fail in "novel" situations that humans can adapt to. Ranging from annoying to "isolated" collisions to blocking streets after a quake.

2. Like Uber/taxis, AVs spend more "useless" time on the road than personal cars, creating worse traffic.
For a preview of what's to come from AVs, look to San Francisco.

As ex-SFMTA CEO @jeffreytumlin.bsky.social explained here, affluent people love Waymos. But they muck up transport networks by blocking streets and obstructing transit.

What’s good for individual riders may not be good for the city.
What Robotaxis Brought San Francisco
Outgoing transit agency head Jeffrey Tumlin reflects on how self-driving cars from Waymo, Cruise and Zoox affected the city’s other transportation modes.

Great example 🧵 of technology setting us back during an unpredictable situation that is bound to happen at some point in every city

How does Waymo respond? How do they improve off of their failures today?

I hope our elected officials in Minneapolis ask about this lack of emergency preparedness
PG&E is having a massive outage in San Francisco. Waymo robots aren't handling the traffic light outages well. Cell service is also out is some places.

No surprise as Waymo robots & cell have repeatedly failed during power outages.

CPUC regulates both Waymo and PG&E (Profit Greed & Explosions).

It's Day 19 of the ICE occupation of MSP.

Today thousands of Minnesotans poured onto Lake Street to rally in support of our immigrant neighbors and against ICE.

Take a moment to look at this crowd of you and your neighbors rallying in below zero windchill.
