starting to feel like there's a direct relationship between the growing obsession with lifestyle hygeine (no drinking, no caffeine, no sex, obsessive working out and looksmaxxing) and the inability to meaningful moral stands on issues of actual import
Cafes across the U.S. are embracing the low- and no-caffeine lifestyle, with options that are a far cry from dusty tea bags and rewarmed decaf. nyti.ms/3XKlqoj

Just honked my horn at an ICE agent next to me at a light after he threw his Hardee’s bag out the driver’s window. Better believe he motioned to the holster on his belt, he was so offended.

This is a major, huge, humongous deal that will go largely unnoticed because of the broader chaos engulfing our politics. But, suffice it to say that the government is broken when the courts explicitly say they can't trust the administration to tell the truth.
🚨NEW: A federal judge out of Oregon has issued a sweeping rebuke of the DOJ’s nationwide push to seize state voter rolls.

The opinion released Thursday concluded that the department can no longer be presumed to be acting in good faith and warned that its conduct threatens voters and states’ rights.
Federal judge rules DOJ can ‘no longer’ be trusted in voter roll crusade
The judge pointed to a letter from Bondi to Minnesota that tied federal immigration enforcement to demands for voter data as the smoking gun.

NEW: With the transfer window shut for most of the world, the USMNT’s strikers know their club form will make or break their World Cup hopes. Beyond Balogun and Pepi, it’s a clash largely played in the Championship and MLS.

May the nets ripple in their favor.

Quick reminder everything they say is a fucking lie.

We are facing a major healthcare crisis due to the occupation.

Pregnant people are regularly missing care & do face an impossible choices.

Occupying agents ABSOLUTELY enter hospitals for enforcement purposes and have since they arrived.

I think one thing people outside Minnesota don't understand is that after Good and Pretti were killed by feds while observing, the most normal people you could imagine have made peace with the fact that they could be next, and they are still out there because they say it's the right thing to do.
“If I am killed doing this, throw my body at the White House, martyr the shit out of me & raise hell. Do not be sad. Do not think I would do anything differently. I would do it over & over again — this is too important to sit down & shut up and not do anything.” www.mprnews.org/story/2026/0...

again we do not really do a good job of explaining how wealthy people like Jeff Bezos are

his net worth is $253.2 billion.
so he could take one million dollars, and just light it on fire
and then do it again tomorrow
and again the day after that
and then do it every day for 693 years and 8 months

Instead, it seems the entirety of the traditional media went with, "DHS to withdraw 700 immigration officers from Minnesota."
