At first blush, I like this move. Calendar is roughly equivalent to 2024 DSC, not quite as good a PK stopper but a slightly better passer. Worth digging into more, but solid move to keep that spot from lingering open. #MNUFC

Deal makes far more sense now. If OpenAI succeeds, Disney reaps the rewards. If they flatten, Disney is positioned as a strategic acquirer. If they bomb, Disney has priority access to the assets.
