Gonna do a fun little 10 facts about me thing.
1. I'm a Virgo and an Elder Millennial. I don't take either very seriously.
2. I currently live with my fiancé and our five cats. We are not having kids.

4. I'm T2D and on Mounjaro. I've lost 60 lbs over the past two years.

we have an elite impunity problem and a lot of the people and institutions that nominally oppose Trump will burn down their own before admitting that this helped produce him
I've said it many times before and Andrew Cuomo is making me say it again: we don't have a cancellation problem. We have never had a cancellation problem. To the contrary, we have a problem that "disgrace" is a very temporary embarrassment— an brief entr'acte more than an intermission.

Aside from my "was this really written in 2025, not two years ago" snarky response, I couldn't help thinking throughout this entire blog post that a huge part of why so many libraries are STUCK on dealing with AI is because we literally don't have the staff time or funding to deal with it.
