I've been pretty lucky only because I have a number of allergies to meds, plus "severe adverse reaction" so at this point everyone just assumes I'm on something bc I'm allergic to everything else lolsob

I'm not allowed to lay flat like how they want at the beginning and end, so part of the private lessons have been working out alternatives for certain poses.

I absolutely know I should not complain about the amazing medical team I've had for years now, and that even this new family doctor (after my old one retired) integrates well into this team.
BUT ALSO sometimes? It works together too well, they all leave each other notes, and I need them to stop it.
