I can’t emphasize enough that the press (and likely our national elected officials) believe people in Minneapolis are doing all this to try to get their attention.

There isn’t any indication that immigration activity has changed in Minneapolis. In fact, this afternoon, federal immigration agents began staging at Holy Rosary Catholic Church located in East Phillips. This activity is disgraceful and creates an unsafe environment for our neighbors. 1/

My husband is working with a group delivering groceries to families from an overwhelmingly Hispanic school in Mpls. He will be buying groceries this Friday. $350 will finish covering their food needs for the week; if he raises more he will buy TP/laundry detergent. Venmo: Edward-Burke-MSP.
