taking kids downtown should be such an easy parenting win. abundant public transportation, beautiful library, enclosed spaces you can walk around in the winter. but it actually sucks ass to take a kid downtown due to the lack of public restrooms!

Great piece by @oriion.bsky.social and a great representation of what research suggests is more the norm than the exception. Detransitioners generally do not identify as cisgender even after detransition and often do not regret their transition.

Her gender transition set her free. So did her detransition.

this is like in 2009 when wells fargo started making their employees make conversation and they were all bad at it so I’d go to the bank on a tuesday and they’d be all chatty “so what you’re not working today? do you not have a job? nothing to do on a tuesday? no obligations”
