Chatbots — LLMs — do not know facts and are not designed to be able to accurately answer factual questions. They are designed to find and mimic patterns of words, probabilistically. When they’re “right” it’s because correct things are often written down, so those patterns are frequent. That’s all.

"Do you like my LLM?"

I do not like it Sam Altman
I do not like your LLM
I would not like it here or there
I would not like it anywhere
I do not like you Sam Altman
I will not use your LLM
I will not use it in a car
I will not use it with a mouse
I will not use it in a tree
Sam Altman you let me be

Evidence that music school was not a waste of time and money: The leaf blower frequency is between B flat and B natural.

Also, fuck leaf blowers.

I also had an entirely adequate science education, and recommend rocks in your pockets. Just the average amount will do.

Also, if you're being raptured and have size 13 feet and good taste in footwear, leave your address in the comments.
Rapture people! If you're afraid of flying up in the air too fast (maybe you're scared of heights idk) a parachute should also work fine to slow you down going in the opposite direction (up) as long as you're still in the atmosphere

Nothing marketed to you this relentlessly is ever worth it. If it was, they wouldn’t need to beg you.

I'm all for transhumanism but gAI ain't it. Weakening our brains and ceding more control to megacorporations over our culture isn't augmenting us, it's diminishing us. All cyber, no punk.

Talk about The Wire, Sopranos, Game of Thrones all you want, but the greatest US television program ever made is Sesame Street. It's not even close. 50+ years of treating kids across class, ethnicity, religion not as mini-consumers...but as citizens with a stake in this world.

I'm just the billionth person to say it, but we collectively seem to learn so very little, to understand so little of what we see, and forget what little we understand so quickly. Soul sick.
