It’s useful for people of my generation to be reminded that this wasn’t that long ago. Ruby Bridges isn’t just still alive—she’s only 71, not ancient!
65 years ago on Nov. 14, little Ruby Bridges was escorted into an all-white elementary school in New Orleans. Norman Rockwell, renowned for blissful depictions of Americana, did this remarkable painting for Look magazine. Printed as a double page, over-size spread, it's his masterpiece.

i think a good example of Propaganda Works is the number of you who think that the national Democratic Party spent the years 2013 to 2020 denouncing Americans for insufficient Tumblr-speak

It's really cuckoo how Democrat wonks can simultaneously believe "BUT HER EMAILS" lost Hillary Clinton the 2016 election while also believing that 10,000 emails all explicitly mentioning Trump's sex crimes against minors won't have an effect. Does this shit matter or not, guys? Which is it?
The usual suspects are telling Dems that Epstein won’t win elections, get back to “affordability” and I think my head might explode. www.offmessage.net/p/force-a-re...

1. Scandal politics win elections pretty often.

2. THIS scandal divides the GOP more than affordability or really anything.

3. If Dems want to win the fight (pry the files loose, rather than give up after Trump says no) they need to make a referendum out of it. www.offmessage.net/p/force-a-re...

The Dersh has a truly terminal case of "being completely unable to shut the fuck up."
Dershowitz: The predecessor on your show described Epstein as a convicted pedophile. He pleaded guilty to one count of having sex for money with a 17-year-and-10-month-old person. That’s not a pedophile.

a border patrol agent literally crying to the cops about being doxed? yes. this.

An underdiscussed aspect of the entirely illegal "Department of War" rebrand is that they spent a Ukraine aid package worth of money on changing all the letterheads and signs and changing it back is gonna cost the same amount so when we try to do it they'll start talking about "wasteful spending"
Even Republicans aren't into the "Department of War" rebranding. Only 42% approve, which is low in such a polarized environment.

Plus Democrats and Independents are solidly opposed.

Americans want a professional, not unhinged military.

I really do like the analogy because the grunts in the army of the Potomac from 1861-1863 had to grind it out under incompetent leadership until the union found Grant, and that kinda feels like what’s going on with the dem party rn…
Listening to the Unclear and Present Danger podcast with @jamellebouie.net , and he made a striking analogy: the Trump administration sorta resembles the Confederacy trying to win everything in the first 24 months...

Sick to my stomach that the President being mixed up with a horrifying global network of pedophiles is considered a 'voter issue' and not something the whole world needs to know about and people need to be prosecuted for.

Only reason anyone would want people to ignore Epstein is if you're involved
The usual suspects are telling Dems that Epstein won’t win elections, get back to “affordability” and I think my head might explode. www.offmessage.net/p/force-a-re...
