The US is pushing a "Korean-style" deal for Ukraine: a demilitarized zone from Donetsk to Kherson, frozen frontlines, and NATO-style security guarantees. Zaporizhzhia NPP may go under US oversight. Ukraine could join the EU by 2027 and get $100B in frozen rebuilding assets, with more via BlackRock.
