Avery Mann, 40, who was asked to give “a few examples” about their autistic traits, started with a handful of relevant anecdotes but felt they didn’t want to leave anything out – “just in case that’s the thing that diagnoses me.”
“What if I’m not autistic?” asks person handing assessor 91-page dissertation about life
An autistic person is anxious that they won’t receive a formal diagnosis at their upcoming autism assessment - despite providing the psychologist with a folder the size of Tolstoy's War and Peace. …

It's the year 2077. All movie studios belong to Netflix. Cinemas only play trailers for their streaming catalog. Every franchise is canceled after two movies/seasons, on mandatory cliffhangers. Nothing from before 2002 is available. Owning physical media is punishable by death. Netflix is love.

Cinema lost something when we stopped regularly seeing movies about people at train stations. Waiting for people to arrive, seeing them off, it’s the essence of life and relationships given physical expression.

look, i don't know if there will be history graduate students in the year 2073, but if there are, you need to know this: colonel lockjaw was not a satire of greg bovino.

one battle after another was filmed entirely before he was a public figure.

Kind of dying over two grad students at Oberlin II* debating how to properly cite this from the AT protocol. Is it Arson (2025) or Ophite, Bsky 25?

*The first Oberlin was lost during The Floods but we rebuilt.

when is the episode where Landry Clarke kills a guy
This Ryan Lizza extended saga reads like a tv show with a great pilot that immediately fizzled.

Ep 1 cliffhanger: “she was fucking mark Sanford!”

Ep 2: RFKjr sex poems/he threatened to kill her!

Ep3: secret recordings of the Butler assassination attempt!

Ep4: ummm… Kara Swisher guest spot?

also, it seems to be an accepted journalistic practice to know things of vital public interest and not to publish them until it is too late for the public to act on them; the way Lizza is an outlier is that he wasn't holding onto it for a book but for a substack trashing his ex

Okay. Here are the TV settings you need to get the best picture possible out of an LG OLED. Mine is a C4--on older models some of the names are different. (If I have time some time I'll get the older setting names from a CX.)
