What is writing style? It's what's left over once you've outgrown clichés and you no longer ape the work of those who've served as inspiration. Using ai short-circuits that process entirely. Go ahead and do it, I guess, but don't tell us you've done any real work.
The great old comedy writer Larry Gelbart said that your style is formed by what you can’t do. I wish more people understood that. That and the Martha Graham quote about keeping the channel open.
