Prediction: if the US moves to take Greenland, no other nation will do a single thing other than politely complain. Zero. Not even trade agreement reactions. Trump will be *entirely* rewarded for it.

At the very least, it should be the position of every Dem in Congress that Trump and many of his aides have repeatedly violated U.S. law and the Constitution. It shouldn't be Al Green and maybe five other people in the House. It should be the whole caucus. It would be if the parties were reversed.
IMO the argument is that you can make things into big enough deals that it matters. Khanna found Massey and found survivors and made the Epstein Files the gigantic story it should be. Only then did establishment Dems come along. You can, in fact, make things into big hairy deals if you do it right.

I wrote section 230 to protect user speech, not a company's own speech. I've long said AI chatbot outputs are not protected by 230 and that it is not a close call. Given that the Trump administration is going to the mat to protect pedophiles, states should step in to hold Musk and X accountable.

What X is allowing Grok to do is unlawful or regulatory-illegal in multiple jurisdictions, creates clear DSA violations, and continues despite regulator scrutiny. The images do not need to be pornographic, non-consensual sexualised or intimate depictions are enough.

A lot of people are mad at Schumer for saying this. But he's right. Democrats don't control a single branch of government and they can't pass anything. Only Republicans can rein in Trump because they control both chambers of Congress. Democrats have no cards to play here.

When Republicans are out of power, they don’t complain about not having the votes to do anything. They just keep doing shit over and over and over even when they know it’s going to fail. This is a big reason why they get such universal support from their base.
