Here it is very clearly illustrated how quickly the BBC’s transphobia has spread since it deployed abusive terms for trans women.

It won’t stop here either. Transphobia is currently the wedge bigotry to others.

Stop paying your TV licence fee.
It was never going to stop at just trans people!

"Jack Murley alleged he was called homophobic names, including "fairy boy", by other staff members and told to sound "less gay" on air by a manager."

BBC apologises to sacked ex-presenter over homophobic abuse
An internal investigation found there was a case to answer over several incidents raised by former BBC Radio Cornwall presenter Jack Murley.

Labour won't ban the social media app that makes unsolicited pornographic images of people, but it will ban social media for under 16s and VPNs...

They gotta go.

As some one 't'up road' from Horsley, this gives me hope (and a lil surprised) about locally. (also worth noting that I am pretty sure the local Labour MP lives in Horsley!)

Chair of EHRC seeking a meeting with Sex Matters to discuss not only ‘mutual priorities’ but also ‘ways to work together going forward’! 🤔

Utterly inappropriate from a supposedly neutral Chair of the EHRC. Interested to see what will @commonswec.parliament.uk have to say?
FOI reveals that within the first week in office, Dr Mary-Ann Stephenson requested a meeting with Sex Matters to discuss "mutual priorities and ways to work together going forward"

As someone who spent the last 15 years working with aging brains & dementia, I can't stop thinking about this. It is gerontocracy: leaders who are substantially older than most of the adult population. When did we accept this? The new generations can't show up because the old generations never left.

Brianna Ghey was targeted by classmates who knew her offline. Online, she made friends and a community, and was making content to help other trans kids like her.

This is a grieving mother pushing for legislation that would have further isolated her trans child, that is supported by transphobes.

Seriously, the NHS is not a safe employer for trans people.
Wes Streeting spent over an hour with the 4 NHS nurses who are trying to discriminate against a trans colleague. The Mail on Sunday name her this piece, describe her genitals and accuse of her sexually harassing the nurses.

I am once again reminding you all that the UK government introduced an Online Safety Act that is effectively a porn ban on most adult porn websites, but is dithering over banning a website that is actually creating child porn.

The difference between when anti-trans lobby group ‘Sex Matters’ is reported to the Charity Commission vs when Mermaids was reported, is that while Mermaids funding was impacted, SM will just continue to get funding and support from their right-wing, privileged TERF, & Christian Nationalist backers!

Spray paint a plane and they'll detain you without trial and call you a terrorist.

Elon's little serfs are quite literally begging journalists to come back because every publicly available source of data shows people have fled the platform and young people won't use it.

They are literally begging regular people to come back. Don't do it! It is a website by and for actual Nazis!

"the Tories and Reform UK are two cheeks of the same unwiped arsehole." Now that is truism that I will be 'borrowing'.

(Thought I would want to add Labour with the way they are acting, but I reaaaallllly don't want to get the biology of a three cheeked arsehole!)
This is how you know the Tories and Reform UK are two cheeks of the same unwiped arsehole.

Reform defector Lord Malcolm Offord and Conservative MSP Russell Findlay proved that they see politics as a mere football game.

Not enough prominent people are calling this out and too many politicians and journalists in the mainstream media keep doing this.

Refugee = not illegal immigrant
Refugee = not criminal
Refugee = person fleeing persecution or conflict

This is a matter of law, not opinion.
The conflation of "foreign criminals" and "illegal migrants" is disgusting.

Vile when some people don't have a safe route to flee from the utter detestation & brutality of war.

It's all grim enough without the Labour Government pushing further misinformation.
The Home Office continues to use language that its own data refutes
