i am so fucking sick of the weaponized incompetence. like how the fuck do you even deal with this?? they just say they responded to an appeal when they just straight up ignored it? their own agents file appeals and the department decides they dont fix that actually and dont even tell you who does???

a month ago i filed some appeals thru an agent at the blue shield appeals department. the first was to correct a backdating issue and the second was to review a denial
their response to the first was: we dont fix backdating issues at this department. their response to the second was: nothing
