It kind of permanently changes how you look at all the Toy Story movies when it gets pointed out to you that they have a very conservative, and puritan view on how toys should be played with.

nothing makes me feel on a different wavelength from General Consumer Audiences when I see the Toy Story 5 trailer and, unsurprisingly, I'm not impressed, but I glance at comments and it's filled with "Wait is Pixar actually cooking???" Like no man they're just boiling water until it evaporates.
