The EHRC don't want your views; TransActual are challenging Government Ministers to do better!

We had no faith that the EHRC would conduct this consultation professionally, fairly or transparently. We asked individuals and organisations to send us copies of their consultation responses.

Let's not forget the Australian court in the case of Giggle v. Tickle found that Helen Joyce has no expertise in "biology, let alone in gender, sex or law", but if you need help with your maths homework, she may be of use.

Wild that the EHRC is publicising this given that Ganhri, as a matter of policy, won’t comment on the decision to refuse to review an NHRI precisely to avoid the perception that their compliance with the Paris Principles are in question.
If, after considering any information received and the response of the NHRI, the SCA decides not to initiate a Special Review, the Secretariat will notify the NHRI that the matter has been finalized. No mention of the matter will be contained in the SCA’s Report. This is to prevent a public perception that the NHRI’s compliance with the Paris Principles may be in question when, in fact, the SCA has decided that a Special Review is not warranted at the time.

The RO in our internal elections has sent this update round. It is nowhere near good enough: trans and non-binary candidates should never be third-spaced in this way. The gender quotas in Article 2.5 of the party Constitution should be implemented as-written - or suspended if they can't be.
