This here is a Zefhond, which is a wind-aspected beluan that has a "compact" form that looks a like a corgi.
Their true forms are more like giant, windy demon wolves, but long ago they found that having humans raising their young improved fitness. The cute forms are to trick us.

Not as many as I have cats 🤦♀️
In the fantasy, one of the gargoyles, Lucia, is a dogling (chimerical part dog creature), and later we see a winged dog.
We also encounter a foxling (human/fox hybrid with many fluffy tails. I imagined her as a bit of a kitsune spirit.)

Yes, I do have dogs in my work! SEEK SHELTER NOW has two of them, Luna and Watney (big blocky pittie and German Shepherd respectively), who help protect Simone during the actual worst moment of her entire life. (link in pinned, it's free loads of places. TW for gore, but the dogs live.

Yes, I do have dogs in my work! SEEK SHELTER NOW has two of them, Luna and Watney (big blocky pittie and German Shepherd respectively), who help protect Simone during the actual worst moment of her entire life. (link in pinned, it's free loads of places. TW for gore, but the dogs live.

Hmm...I guess my Cat Person nature is just too strong. Dogs don't appear in my writing.
