I have a picrew for this (god this is 2020)!

Lycia, Mana's mom, passed away when she was 4. Mana doesn't remember much about her, but a lot of the personality she grows into is very much her mom's.

Keahi adored her so dearly that he'd gotten his life's fill of relationships over their 14 years. +

Jessica prodded my facial bruise gently; I resisted the urge to bat her hand away. “Lift your shirt, I want to see your abdomen.” “Here, in the hall?” Jessica just scowled at me. I did as I was told. She shook her head at the bruise running from left to right across my chest, where the seat belt had been, then examined my stomach and ribs. Finally satisfied, she stepped away, and I lowered my shirt. “You were lucky. This could have been much worse,” she said. “That’s me, lucky. I didn’t even get a new scar for my collection. Now, your concern is touching, everyone.” I moved to step past them; they had had enough fun. “But I should really get back to work…” “No, you shouldn’t.” Jim stepped in front of me. I gave him a questioning look. “Go home, Rayna. Take Terry’s advice. Get some rest, recover.” “I’m fine. A bit stiff. It’s not a big deal. I can take another case,” I protested. “No, you cannot. There aren’t any cases for you right now. You are going to take the weekend off. If I see you back here before Monday, I will have you forcibly escorted out of the building. Do you understand me?” James raised an eyebrow.

Grilled and Aubergine being just a teensy bit ✨gay✨

Context: They summoned a Demon Lord and asked him to put an enchantment on an article of their clothing. Grilled came prepared...
“Now, my over-prepared friend, tell me what you want me to enchant.” Grilled’s hat bore a feathered golden pin. Aubergine was sure Grilled would ask for the enchantment to be placed upon that pin. “My underwear,” he said in a smug, confident tone. Aubergine’s jaw dropped. “Are you fucking kidding me?” “Why would this be a joke?” Grilled threw his hands out. “An enchantment should be placed on something close to the body. Something that won’t come off easily. And something that no one else is going to take and decide to wear. Garlic and I sometimes share shirts and pants, and some of my old clothes get passed down to Shanks. And you have borrowed my hats, Gene.” Aubergine recoiled in shock. “You mean the ones you told me I should wear because they’d look hot on me?” Grilled brushed his comment aside. “But no one is going to borrow my underwear.” Grilled and Aubergine from the Good Thyme Inn books. Grilled is sitting on Aubergine’s knee as he sits on a stool at the bar. They’re being cheeky and gay with each other, about to put their respective phallic fruits in each others’ mouths. Grilled is a light-skinned man with silver hair and wearing a bowler hat. Aubergine is a dark-skinned man with jewels on his face, and he’s dressed all in purple.

Tokonus’ eyes drifted over to Othelia while lowering his shirt. She did not see him, not with her head turned away as if she was lost in thought. It was very likely that the lady was recounting what she witnessed. There was no doubt that Othelia had been a bit shaken up by the altercation, but it took no time for her to return to her normal calculating self. To an unflattering degree, Tokonus wished that the moment of uncertainty had lasted longer. It would have given him an excuse – “There is nothing that I can do for him.” Tokonus hadn’t even registered who had spoken until he turned to the sound. Of course, his mother had been looking over [redacted] as requested. “I did not think that I had killed him, he was breathing to be sure,” Tokonus replied with a hint of concern in his voice. “No, it had nothing to do with what happened between you.” Sepera rubbed at the bridge of her nose, frustration so loud that you might have thought she had announced it to the world. “This young man, I can heal his body, but that is not where his problem lies. It is as you suspected, he is not sick... not in the traditional sense. His body is a host and what he is entertaining... is an Abysmal.”

Ok so I did actually nat20 an intimidation last week combined with an incredibly cunty (but correct) follow up because the biggest thorn in my side was on his best behavior today for the first time in the 6-7 months that I've had the displeasure of dealing with him.

Mama's, I'm assuming?” He nodded as he clicked his tongue, flexing his arm slightly to gently trap the finger between the sleeve and his bicep. “Morzhoka! Behave yourself, I have class today,” Therion said with obvious feigned indignation as he moved to walk back to the front of their apartment to finish getting ready. “Tight-shirt-wearing vile harlot!” The yell came playfully from the kitchen.

He's got self-imposed rules, because he's always been afraid of direct physical conflict which was worsened by The Incident. But, over time, he doesn't bat an eye if others do it.

Chapter 1: Nap City Beats Under a brown sun that filled half the sky and a red sun that merely twinkled, an elf danced between clouds. Her black hair hung long and loose. Her pale skin radiated in the twilight. She was dressed in flowing spider silks, toga-like garments that billowed in the wind, a living kite with one mission: to return to the ground with a strand of spider silk. A strand she wove through the air, impossibly long and thin, moved by finger and palm without ever meeting either.

His Eminence, St. L'tsok, who saved Aloutia from destruction at the hands of greedy kings and business owners... but at what cost? It took hundreds of executions, tortures, and sending people to brutal work camps.

The common people regard him as a saint and hero
The Lord Hierophant from the Pentagonal Dominion books. He’s a tall, dark-skinned man with an elaborate beard and mustache, and purple jewels embedded in his face around his eyes and on his forehead. He’s dressed in purple priestly robes with images of peacocks (regular colored and one with red/yellow coloration). He has wings coming out of his lower back, as well as wings for ears and on his wrists. He is holding a whip and has a pained, vicious expression on his face, as if sad that he has to torture his victim. All around him is purple, like a purple light is shining on him.
