Does anyone have any good sources for learning about hacking aimed at writers? I don't want to learn to do it, frankly I'd somehow set the internet in fire if I tried, I just want to write a convincing character who can work her way into a secure computer with a basic level or realism.

These comments are fascinating to me. I'm so face blind I wouldn't recognize Taylor Swift or Tom Hiddleston if they sat down beside me. I could have had dozens of celebrity close encounters for all I know.

41,670 words into the outline for the Drops of Gold series. This is gonna be a long one, folks. I'm still thinking I may be able to serialize it as a bunch of novellas. Hopefully it'll help keep the pacing under control and make such a long series less intimidating for readers.

Though it took a lot of effort to not get as cozy as usual, I did NOT pass out during Muppets' Christmas Carol!

I can't tell if people are starting to use AI to post in Facebook groups, they're starting to write like AI, or it's just straight up chat bots. In any case I don't like it. If I wanted to talk to a machine I'd at least chat with my sewing machine, which is actually a useful one.

My migraine prevention injections last on average 22 days. The migraine specialist doctor has confirmed this is normal.
Insurance only covers the medicene every 28 days.
I schedule 6 days of migraines into every month, with extras sprinkled in.
What I'm saying is I have another migraine.

Im so sick Im bed-bound most of the day. I cant stay awake, or wake when I want, which is terrifying.
All of this is treatable but Im circling the drain bc we cant afford my treatment! We need a car & funds for 4 root canals.

Im so sick Im bed-bound most of the day. I cant stay awake, or wake when I want, which is terrifying.
