Our leading news organizations turned a cache of ultimately-innocuous emails into a scandal-coded weeklong series of front page stories leading into the 2016 election. If they do not cover the "emails from notorious pedophile implication the President" emails with the same fervor, it's curious!

The Republican president is a pedophile who has doubled my healthcare costs and let scores of violent criminals out of jail. But a Democratic mayor-elect wants to make busses free in a city I don't live in. I have never felt more politically homeless.

And you can do it on the cryptocurrency exchange Binance, which has accounted for $2 billion of the $5 billion the Trumps have made this year for their own cryptocurrency venture. Oh, and thanks to a pardon from Eric's dad, the founder of Binance won't have to serve time in prison.

New York Times social media guidelines prohibit expression suggesting partiality on things like ICE, execution of foreigners in fishing boats, or whether law is a thing.

However, tipping off notorious serial pedophiles about other reporters is absolutely fine.

The attorney general and the FBI director, a manosphere podcaster bro, pulled into the situation room a member of Congress best known for getting kicked out of a Beetlejuice musical for drunkenly giving her date a handy, in order to pressure her about the president's child sex trafficking scandal.

Epstein: I’m best friends with this pedo running for President, here’s a bunch of stories about how big a pedo he is

NYT: but her emails
Landon Thomas Jr of the New York Times got told by Jeffrey Epstein that Trump walked into a glass door bc he was so busy staring at girls in Epstein's house and didn't print it. wild that the Times didn't consider that newsworthy.

I feel like I'm taking crazy pills: the emails from Landon Thomas has his New York Times signature block...he was employed by NY Times at the time. He was communicating directly with Epstein about Trump, and was given incriminating information about Trump. It's been in NYT's possession since 2015

My political hot take is that US voters should be able to recall elected representatives via petition - at any time.
No more hiding behind election terms.

One aspect of this story is that POTUS + OLC can try to create a factual and legal alternate universe for the U.S. executive branch where this premeditated killing is somehow permissible.

But the rest of the world doesn’t have to live in that fantasy land.

This decision by the U.S. Supreme Court means millions of Americans will once again be left wondering how they will feed their families.

We hope to see an end to this suffering soon, as the government reopens and SNAP is once again fully funded.
Supreme Court keeps pause on SNAP food benefits as shutdown comes to end
The Trump administration argued the courts should stay out of the SNAP food stamps funding fight and let Congress end the government shutdown.

was all that ruckus about swearing in Grijalva because Epstein really over some bullshit that's gonna die in the Senate this whole time
…a rule that deems the rest of the session through the end of the year as one legislative day.

But if there are no shenanigans in Rules, look for a floor vote to table the petition (which would fail) and then a vote on the DP itself in early December.

Then it would go to the Senate, and 🤷‍♀️…??

instead of saying this was good strategy, maybe senate dems should say: "the republicans were going to kill people by starving them to death, and because we aren't monsters, we decided to let this fight go. We'll keep fighting. Stop electing monsters."

Things that would get any other president impeached
NEW: President Trump's pardon of his alleged 2020 co-conspirators was less about shielding them from past crimes, his adversaries say, than about signaling to others that he has their back if he needs them again in 2026 or 2028.
