Your communications team needs to reevaluate and ask themselves why they are having the PM direct traffic to a site that rewards white supremacy and is the webs largest creator of CSAM.

This is ridiculous behavior for a world leader.

Canada has never joined in America's illegal and immoral blockade of Cuba. We should find some way to lend support and aid now, instead of sitting idly by as the US strangles a whole nation of people before our eyes.

The US won't stop with Cuba, after all. As they didn't stop with Venezuela before.

Prime Minister Mark Carney is facing mounting calls to speak out against the United States for widening its restrictions on fuel reaching Cuba, or to send aid to the country.

So what did happen on May 6, 1937 at Lakehurst NJ?

LZ-129 'Hindenburg,' captained by Max Pruss, was running late when it approached its destination that evening. It was heavy in the stern, unusual but not cause for alarm.

The weather was poor. One thunderstorm had passed and a light rain fell.

Airships will have their revenge on history when they are lifting colony habitats in the skies of Venus. Then who will be laughing
Part of the reason I find airships so fascinating is the fact that they're a 75% dead end technology. For context, the Boeing B-17 flew two years before Hindenburg crashed.

If it hadn't, not much would change. Maybe there would be more heavy lift airship interest or cruise-airships but little else.

Hugo Eckener had a meeting with POUTUS Roosevelt after the Hindenburg disaster. He restated the company's desire to use helium in LZ-130.

Roosevelt asked him point blank if he could guarantee that the Nazis would not seize the helium.

He said no, and consciously sacrificed his life's work.
The founder of DELAG, the predecessor of DZR, was Hugo Eckener, who was famously cautious.

DELAG's safety culture was so strong that after the USN and British failures to operate airships safely, it was considered a given that only DELAG could do it safely.

Using DELAG or even DZR as an example of corporations misusing a cutting-edge technology isn't an oversimplification it's straight up wrong.

The captain of LZ-129 Hindenburg, Max Pruss, had been flying airships since WW1. Ernst Lehmann, DZR's director was an airship captain in WW1...
