It is probably also useful to note, because gentiles refuse to consider this, but there isn't actually a religious justification of "all Jews must go here" in Judaism, that's a Christian Millenarian thing. Early Zionism was a secular project, the moshiach hadn't come = no religious requirement

I think a lot of people underestimate the degree to which early Zionists were a bunch of weird nerds who wanted Jews to move thousands of miles away from home to be farmers in the desert and how wildly unappealing that prospect was to many, many Jews.

It's just my experience but it kind of seems like with CBT therapy a huge problem is that it uses compliance as a measure of trust and that there are a good number of people who have never trusted anyone in their lives and therefore can do compliance and fake trust to the point
