A lot of times there’s some grain of truth at the bottom of these things, some actual fact he’s willfully distorting or completely misunderstanding. But I just cannot imagine what this is about. Why do the Chinese hate hockey so much?

And just the very basic democratic truth that "elections" only work if people accept the outcome! If they don't, it's just a meaningless exercise. And if you OPENLY OBVIOUSLY CHEAT, well, no one will accept the outcome! Which is bad, but not because it means "I win" lol.
