Stereotypically boring: I mainly skeet about cats, food and things that annoy me.

Mobile car battery replacement is a thing, yes? But is it ridiculously expensive? Like more than, say, $300? Because I'm willing to pay a premium for someone else (reputable) to take care of it, but I have my limits.

These are the folks I adopted Horrible Babby Kitten from! Like all rescues they do a LOT of unpaid and invisible work for local animals, so if you have even $5 it would be awesome if you could kick in!

"The cyclists arrive at sunrise, rolling through Chicago’s Latino neighborhoods and stopping at tamale carts, elote stands & candy stalls. They buy out every last item — every tamale, every corn cob, every bundle of sweets. Then they load up the food and deliver it to shelters and families in need."

Slow down.
Don't race through life or you might outrun the forest ghosts, dark fairies, and ancient witches in floating cottages that are trying to catch you and carry you away to another realm.

“That bird was big, you know, it wasn't a songbird.” A strong candidate for today's most Northern news story: a raven flies into a Whitehorse grocery store.

A shopping trip turned into an unexpected spectacle for some Yukoners on Thursday when a large raven stopped in at a local grocery story.

When one of my niblings was diagnosed with ADHD and autism at a fairly young age, one of their uncles may have made a Ghostbusters joke. (Don't cross the streams!)
It's a great cosmic joke that neurodivergence both runs in families and gets diagnosed based on parent reports. I was diagnosed at 30 because a man who has eaten potatoes every day for 57 years and a woman who collects loose buttons decided I was a perfectly normal child.

White cop parked next to where I pulled up at a stop light, motioned to me to roll down my window.

Cop: What kind of music is that
Me: Sorry officer, was it too loud?
Cop: No. just, what music?
Me: Rhianna?
Cop: Good tune.

WHAT THE FUCK JUST HAPPENED TO ME??

This is fantastic!

But they're still fuckheads for voting to ban gender-affirming care at Catholic hospitals.
Here’s a gift link (no paywall) to the article, “Catholic bishops condemn ‘indiscriminate mass deportation’ in rare statement”:

What I don't understand is how it's 4% lower than last year.
"In 2025, 40% of women aged 15 to 44 say they would move abroad permanently if they had the opportunity. The current figure is four times higher than the 10% who shared this desire in 2014, when it was generally in line with other age and gender groups."
Record Numbers of Younger Women Want to Leave the U.S.
The percentage of younger women in the U.S. who express a desire to migrate permanently has surged in the past decade.

So, straight, cis men can show affection to other straight, cis men, but only when they're plotting to sexually assault kids? Do I have that right?
