In case you're unaware, in the US if you're disabled from birth the only monetary support you can receive is SSI. SSI has a $2k asset/savings limit before they dock your benefits, and marriage cancels all benefits. See below numbers: beyond poverty numbers w/ no allowed addition. Eugenics in action.

I have multiple repetitive stress injuries which are nearly my entire right arm, a good investment I made a couple years ago was getting an ergonomic split keyboard that's designed for limited finger movement, and now the 3 key is busted, perfectly in time for lunar new year

And the answer is really simple: State funding for art education and artists. I literally get a salary from the government to write books.
