I think the ‘less obvious’ politics here is that the entire thing started off with workers in the fields and ended with community dancing and emerging in solidarity from the fields. I think it’s beautiful that he named every country and all the peoples voices rising up- AND-

Based on my experience on the ground in multiple cities that I am not emotionally attached to, I do not believe there were ever 3,000 in the Twin Cities, nor do I believe there are 2,000 there now. I assume it’s the field office region, which is much larger.

It’s incredibly frustrating to see people spread conspiracies that Epstein survivor Virginia Roberts Giuffre “didn’t really kill herself.” It ignores her allegations of domestic abuse against her husband before she did, actually, die by suicide. It’s a way to minimize how pervasive abuse really is
