She apparently called in another 6 months worth of shots and DIDN'T TELL ME, and the only way I didn't miss the self pay coupon window expiring was to call Walmart 5 times a day to see if she'd placed a prescription.

many undocumented people did come to the US legally and then their status lapsed for whatever reason. Struggling with administrative burdens is common. If you forget to do your car registration should you be sent out of state and imprisoned in deplorable conditions ?! Be reasonable here.
