Sometimes I read comments on a post to see what propaganda is used as explanation. For Liam Ramos, they claim the dad ran (he didn't, he was in the car) and ICE was trying to find a caretaker (false, relatives were denied access). The superintendent debunks their claims.

Another question I came here with was: how effective are the whistles and honking? Does it stop abductions? And the answer is, surprisingly to my cynical self, yes, and often. I have talked to so many people who have successfully interrupted kidnappings.
